This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and loads nothing from third parties. It counts page views anonymously, as described below.

Hosting and server logs

The website runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, in Nuremberg, Germany. A data processing agreement with Hetzner is in place (Art. 28 GDPR). To deliver a page, the server has to process your IP address and the requested address (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The server writes no access logs; your IP address is neither stored nor logged.

Page statistics

When you open a page, your browser sends us the page's path, the time, the website's version and, if you came from another website, that website's domain name. No cookies are set and nothing is stored in your browser; we do not store or log your IP address. The record is deleted after it has been counted, at the latest after 30 days (usually after 3 days); we keep only daily counts. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, nothing is sent.

The counts tell us which pages are read (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are received by our own server at Hetzner, described above.

Email

When you write to us, we process your message and address to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Our mailbox is hosted by Fastmail Pty Ltd with storage in the EU. We delete correspondence once it is no longer needed, at the latest after three years.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21). Write to hello@ramuslabs.com.

Right to lodge a complaint

You can complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state where you live. The authority responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach.

Changes

When the website or the law changes, we update this policy. The version published here applies.
